Reporting issues

Use GitHub Issues for bug reports, feature requests, and questions. When reporting:

• Search existing issues first
• Include environment details, steps to reproduce, and any relevant logs or screenshots
• For security issues, follow responsible disclosure as outlined in CONTRIBUTING.md
